Step 1. Talking over coffee

To create a designer home that fits your lifestyle, we need your help. Your input in everything from how you spend your weekends to your dream countertop helps us create a home that reflects who you are.

As you form your wish list, create idea books and save your favourite designs to a Pinterest board. Anything that helps you picture your future home brings us closer to realizing your vision of a dream home. You bring the ideas, we put on the coffee, and we’ll get to work together.

Step 2. Putting pen to paper

Armed with your list of must-haves, our CEO, designer and builder Les Bellamy will translate your vision to paper. We start with a preliminary main-floor drawing. From here, we’ll begin to build out additional floors and features you’ll love—your vanishing edge swimming pool and home theatre—as we marry the interior and exterior design.

Before we start pouring the concrete, you’ll have a full set of working construction documents and permit drawings that give shape to your designer home.

Step 3. Breaking ground

Once you’ve approved the design, it’s time to finalize your selections. We’ll introduce you to our suppliers and other members our design team as we draft a selection schedule. This step is critical. It ensures you know exactly what materials and fixtures you’re getting and empowers us to coordinate delivery and installations that align with our construction schedule.

Now it’s time to turn your beautiful piece of land into your personal retreat.

Step 4. Guiding you home

From the moment you take your first sip of coffee in our discovery meeting to the first pot brewed in your new designer home, we’re with you every step of the way. Guided by our detailed construction schedule, our team handles the fine details.
