Pat and Les did not want a stock plan, cookie cutter home. They were inspired by our unique designs and the opportunity to create something completely original.

Their vision included main floor living designed for entertaining and a spectacular view to anchor it all.

Okanagan Viewpoint

Crisp, clean, simple lines are accentuated with wood timbers for a homey warmth. Angular design flows with the property and capitalizes on the exceptional view. Natural local finishes and local landscape materials make the home appear to have always been there.

Our design incorporated every wish list item they had hoped for.

This beautiful home has garnered a great deal of attention and a growing pile of accolades. To date, it has won seven provincial and local building awards.

Okanagan Viewpoint

Construction began in the winter, which was not ideal. Very steep terrain gave us limited access to the site. Planning well in advance kept the project on track.

The kitchen island presented a notable challenge. It was clad entirely in Dekton with an incorporated stainless-steel channel—including dishwasher drawers all cupboards and drawers (Dekton is a product similar to quartz.) Countless meetings with supplier and installers were required to adjust the design to work flawlessly with the product.

Our approach never wavers: continued teamwork and eagerness to find the best solution.

Okanagan Viewpoint

Pat and Les were thrilled with how we handled every aspect of both the design and the build. Our process for getting decisions made was organized in a way that made them fun and painless.

The Dekton-clad island required particular attention to sourcing and scheduling. Dekton is a new product we special-ordered from Spain. The first order was sent incorrectly and took six weeks to be replaced. We rescheduled around the issue and kept the remainder of the project on track.

As such, this residence was completed on budget and one month early.

Pat and Les were kept engaged through a photo documentation system that sent updates biweekly and at critical construction milestones. They also had access 24/7 to a cloud-based document system.
