Case Study

Modern Perspective

Teri and Allan found us at one of our show homes. They loved its unique design and felt we would collaborate well with them.

Their initial vision was for a large home with a semi-detached Casita. Unfortunately, City Bylaws and development guidelines did not allow for that concept, so we were tasked with achieving the same feel in other ways. In the end, we designed the home to feel like the casita was separate (despite still being attached to the main house).

Teri and Allan wanted to capture their spectacular view and enjoy lots of room to entertain.

They were building from afar (Africa), and so detailed communication was important to them.
